AI Score has raised $5.4 million in a Seed round led by Fuel Ventures, with continued backing from founding investor GALLOS Technologies.

The company is based in London, and it sells an AI governance platform that gives organisations visibility and control over how generative and agentic AI is used across their operations.

The platform sits between an organisation’s AI policies and the systems, employees, agents and workflows actually using AI day to day. It continuously collects and analyses AI activity, pulling information from across the enterprise into a live view. From there it identifies AI assets, assigns ownership and risk profiles, monitors usage and maintains an audit trail.

Alex Harland and Benita Tibb founded the company.

The backers come from technology, finance and national security. They include Alan Morgan, co-founder of MMC Ventures, Mo El Husseiny, Managing Partner at Ventura Capital, and Robert Mann, Founding Partner at Marshall Bridge Ventures.

The round follows a $1 million pre-seed in November 2025, a short gap that reflects how quickly governance moved up the list of things UK enterprises want to buy.

Security and compliance vendors selling into newly funded companies can source contacts through Cyber Security Lead Generation.
