Xpander announced a $7.5 million Seed round on August 17, 2026. Pico Venture Partners led it, with Emerge Ventures, Samsung Next and SeedIL participating.
The platform is built to be vendor neutral. Enterprises use it to build, deploy and manage AI agents on top of the infrastructure they already run, without walking away from their existing cloud environments, technology stacks or governance requirements. That is the pitch to companies stuck between AI pilots and actual deployment.
Alongside the raise the company introduced Omni, an enterprise AI agent it describes as an agentic forward deployed engineer. Omni scored 90.9 percent on the GAIA benchmark.
David Twizer, Ran Sheinberg and Moriel Pahima founded the company in 2024. All three were previously principal engineers at AWS. Xpander works out of San Francisco, and the California office is the base for the market expansion the funding is meant to pay for.
