HiddenLayer has raised $100 million in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, with Booz Allen Ventures, M12, Morgan Stanley and Ten Eleven Ventures also backing the round. Total funding across three rounds now stands at roughly $156 million.
The company is based in Austin, and it secures AI systems while they are running rather than before they ship.
Growth has been steep. Annual recurring revenue grew more than 10 times over 12 months, driven by more than 50 net-new customers across banking, insurance, pharma, airlines and the US defense and intelligence communities.
The money deepens the enterprise platform, including its Agentic Runtime Security capabilities and Agent Harness Security, a new module that extends runtime protection to AI coding agents. That second product matters because enterprises are now letting autonomous coding agents into their own stacks, which creates a surface that traditional cybersecurity tools were not built to watch.
Government work is already on the books. HiddenLayer was selected for the US Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD contract in January 2026, a programme focused on air-gapped deployments, and it has been tapped for the US Department of Energy’s $60 million Prometheus initiative covering secure AI applications in nuclear energy.
The Texas company sits in a category that barely existed three years ago.
