Novellia, a healthcare data company based in New York, has raised $18 million in a Series A round. The financing was announced on June 2, 2026, and brings the company’s total funding to $28 million.

Spark Capital led the round, with participation from Khosla Ventures, TMV, Acrew Capital, and Bling Capital.

Founded in 2023, Novellia runs a patient-permissioned real-world data platform. It lets patients pull together years of medical records from different providers into a single record, and gives them the choice of whether to contribute anonymized data for pharmaceutical research.

The company plans to use the funds to scale its AI-powered data technologies, expand its proprietary natural language processing infrastructure, and support the broader rollout of its newly launched consumer mobile application.
