Auger, a technology company based in Bellevue, Washington, has raised $200 million in a Series A round to build an autonomous AI operating system for global supply chains. The financing was announced on June 3, 2026, and was led by Oak HC/FT.

The company was founded in 2024 by Dave Clark, the former CEO of Flexport and an architect of Amazon’s logistics operation.

Auger plans to use the capital to further develop its machine-readable framework. Rather than layering AI onto existing legacy systems, the company aims to create an entirely new structural foundation for supply chain operations.
