Nebex, a company based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, has raised $30 million in a Seed round led by GV, formerly Google Ventures. Announced on June 29, 2026, the round drew Eniac Ventures, 2048 Ventures, Better Tomorrow Ventures, Oceans Ventures, AIN Ventures, Also Capital, Anagram, Armory Square Ventures, Multiball Capital, Trajectory Capital, and VSC Ventures. The company also announced a banking relationship with J.P. Morgan.

Founded in 2025, Nebex is building market infrastructure for the global space economy. It runs an exchange layer that connects space companies directly with sovereign buyers and capital, with the goal of standardizing how money moves through the sector, an approach some have described as space fintech.

The founding team brings deep experience. Chief executive Tejpaul Bhatia previously led Axiom Space and has a track record in commercial space deals worth more than $1 billion. He is joined by Anand Subramanian, who founded the venture backed exchanges ContextWeb and NimbleTV, and Manlio Di Stefano, a former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy.

The raise reflects growing investor interest in the business plumbing behind space, as more governments and companies look for ways to buy, sell, and finance space capabilities.
