InstaLILY Raises $60M Series B for AI Deployment Engineer

InstaLILY, based in New York, has raised $60 million in a Series B led by Energize Capital. Insight Partners increased its holding in the round, joined by new corporate strategic backers Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals. Total capital raised now sits at close to $100 million.

Co-founders Amit Shah, who serves as chief executive, and Sumantro Das lead the company. Its product, Lily, is an automated software architecture the company bills as the world’s first AI forward deployed engineer. It embeds directly into legacy systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor and Salesforce and builds customised autonomous workflow agents inside them.

Revenue has grown fivefold over the past year.

InstaLILY plans to spend the money optimising its core software engine, extending enterprise deployment into new industries, growing its multi-office global workforce, and continuing work on its small data center technology infrastructure.
