Provable Markets, the New York City company behind the securities finance platform Aurora, has completed a Series B round led by Charles Schwab. The financing was announced on July 29, 2026, and the company did not disclose the amount.
The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation joined as a new investor, with existing backers Dialectic Capital Management and Inkef also taking part. Provable Markets says its Aurora ATS has set records for four straight quarters, processing more than $30 trillion in monthly order volume.
The company plans to use the money to hire across its commercial, product and engineering teams, deepen its connections into core market infrastructure and fund product and geographic expansion.
