Vendelux, a New York company behind an AI-powered intelligence platform for B2B event marketing, has raised $50 million in Series B funding. Tribeca Venture Partners led the round, with participation from S3, Pelion Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, FirstMark and Cervin Ventures, taking total funding to $71 million.
Founded in 2022 by chief executive Alex Reynolds, Vendelux tracks more than 250,000 global B2B events to help companies find high-value opportunities, manage buyer meetings and measure revenue impact. The platform serves over 50,000 marketers who influence about $5 billion in event spend and ties event attendance to sales pipeline through CRM integrations.
The company plans to use the capital to invest in its AI technology and build new products that connect marketers and event organizers more closely.
