Dili, a New York City company building AI software for investment firms, has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Khosla Ventures. The company announced the financing on July 30, 2026, which brings its total funding to $21.7 million.

Y Combinator’s Garry Tan, Allianz, Brick and Mortar Ventures’ Darren Bechtel and Rebel Fund also joined the round. Dili was cofounded by Anand Chaturvedi, a former Coinbase executive.

The platform helps firms automate compliance, due diligence and investment analysis across complicated transactions. It converts unstructured records into structured data using large language models, then runs deterministic compliance checks against federal rules covering wages, apprenticeships, workplace safety and environmental standards.

Dili reviews all of the underlying data in real time. The company says it has processed more than $1.4 billion in wages, 5.2 million labor hours and nearly 16,000 certified payroll reports across more than 700 projects, cutting weekly review time from more than seven hours to under five minutes per organization.
