Weave, a San Francisco company building an engineering intelligence platform, has raised $13.5 million in Series A funding to help companies measure the impact of both human and AI engineering work. Standard Capital led the round, which closed on July 28, 2026.

Y Combinator, Moonfire, Burst Capital, IrregEx and the Agent Fund also took part. Weave was founded by Adam Cohen, its chief executive, and Andrew Churchill, its chief technology officer.

The platform sets out to become a system of record for how engineering teams and AI agents affect business outcomes and development speed, giving leaders a clearer view of the return on their AI coding spend. Weave says it is already tracking more than 2 million human and AI code contributions across more than 20,000 engineers at over 500 companies, among them Robinhood, Reducto and PostHog.

The company plans to use the new money to build out that system and reach more engineering organizations.
