Alpen High Performance Products, a Niwot, Colorado manufacturer of energy efficient windows and glazing, has closed an initial $6 million tranche of a Series B round targeted at $10 million. Inherent Capital and Arborview Capital led the financing, which was announced on July 28, 2026.

Alpen builds advanced building products, including thin glass insulated glass units, its Winsert secondary glazing system and high performance fiberglass windows. The company plans to use the money to scale up manufacturing and keep pace with rising demand for its materials.

Over the past two and a half years, Alpen says it has grown more than 50 percent. The new round follows a 2024 effort that brought in $18 million through a mix of investment and a grant from the United States Department of Energy.
