OLIX raised $312 million in a Series B on August 3, 2026, at a $3.3 billion valuation. The company was founded in London two years ago.

Fundomo, Arm and Hudson River Trading joined the round, as did angel investors including Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings. Existing backers Hummingbird Ventures, Crane, Plural, Creandum, Phoenix Court and Transition all increased their commitments.

The valuation has moved quickly. In February the company raised a $220 million Series A at around $1 billion.

OLIX builds infrastructure for frontier AI inference, and the funding is tied to a specific delivery target. The money funds the path to putting the OLIX Decode Accelerator 1, a custom semiconductor designed for inference, in front of first customers by the second half of 2027, along with the wider custom silicon platform behind it and the manufacturing and supply chain commitments that come with building inference hardware at scale.

The UK company also appointed Professor Nick McKeown to its board. McKeown is known in computer networking for his work on software defined networking, OpenFlow and P4.
