DataBahn, a Dallas company building infrastructure for enterprise data, has raised $40 million in a Series B round led by Insight Partners. The financing was announced on July 30, 2026, and brings the company’s total funding to $59 million.
Existing investors Forgepoint, GTM Capital and S3 Ventures joined the round. Founded in 2023, DataBahn describes its platform as an agentic data control plane that ingests, normalizes, enriches, governs and routes telemetry from more than 600 sources, working across any source, destination and model without locking customers into a single vendor.
The company positions the product for a moment when enterprise data is feeding more than security tools, warehouses and analytics. AI agents, copilots and autonomous applications increasingly need trusted, contextualized data to reason and act, which is the demand DataBahn aims to serve.
DataBahn plans to use the money to step up research and product work and to widen its reach from large global enterprises to midmarket businesses.
