ZeroRisk, a cybersecurity company that helps payment providers manage and reduce cyber risk across their merchant portfolios, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. The round, announced September 9, 2026, was led by MiddleGame Ventures with participation from existing investor Elkstone.
The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and operates in both Ireland and the United States, with offices in Dublin, Atlanta, Georgia, and Longford.
The new capital will support global expansion, further product development, and the operational capacity needed to roll the platform out across large merchant portfolios.
Led by CEO Gary Nolan, ZeroRisk gives banks and payment providers a single view of cyber risk across the merchants they serve. The platform combines risk monitoring, compliance, education, guided remediation, and protection services in one codebase, which lets payment processors turn compliance obligations into a source of revenue.
Clients include Bank of America, Global Payments, Checkout.com, and Trust Payments.
Security vendors and consultancies that sell to banks and payment processors can get verified contacts at newly funded cybersecurity companies every week through Cyber Security Lead Generation.
