Epsilon Health, an AI-native radiology practice based in San Francisco, California, has come out of stealth with $27.6 million in funding. AlleyCorp led the financing, which was announced on September 10, 2026 and which Axios reported includes a $20 million Series A.

Uncork Capital, Renegade Partners, SemperVirens, and Jack Altman of Alt Capital also participated.

The company is going after the growing shortage of radiologists in the United States. Rather than selling software to hospitals, Epsilon operates as a tech-enabled radiology practice that contracts with board-certified radiologists and builds purpose-built AI directly into their clinical workflow, so image reports can be produced faster and more consistently while physicians keep oversight of every read.

CEO Rustin Rassoli leads the company. Its stated aim is to clear diagnostic bottlenecks so patients get timely access to imaging expertise.

The new capital will fund market expansion and growth of the practice through hiring, new clinical partnerships, and infrastructure investment.
