Pediatrica Health Group, based in Coral Gables, Florida, has closed a $28 million Series B round to widen access to pediatric primary care. Valspring Capital led the financing, with participation from existing investor M33 Growth.

Pediatrica is a multi-practice pediatric primary care organization serving infants, children and teenagers from birth to age 18, while also providing administrative and technology support to pediatricians and care teams. Built in partnership with M33, it has grown to 21 locations across Florida and Texas.
