TYBR Health, a medical device company based in Houston, Texas, has raised a $30 million Series A to widen access to its B3 GEL System. Vensana Capital and Mutual Capital Partners led the round, which the company announced on July 21, 2026.
Neovate Capital Partners joined the financing, along with existing investors. TYBR develops products meant to improve healing and recovery after surgery, built on an extracellular matrix technology platform designed to give surgeons practical tools for protecting healing tissue.
The B3 GEL System, which is cleared by the FDA, reached the US market in January 2026. The company plans to put the new capital mainly toward expanding commercial access to the hydrogel, broadening the product’s indications, and running clinical studies that evaluate tissue protection during orthopedic surgery.
