Neo Security, a cybersecurity company based in Boston, Massachusetts, has come out of stealth with a $75 million Series A to help enterprises control the AI agents running inside their systems. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, which the company announced on July 20, 2026.

Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures also took part. The round sits alongside a previously undisclosed $25 million seed, bringing Neo’s total funding to $100 million as it launches publicly.

Neo gives security operations teams real-time inventory, risk intelligence, attribution, and policy controls to govern AI agents that operate across enterprise environments. The pitch arrives at a moment when companies are racing to adopt agentic software while worrying about the security gaps it can open.

The company was founded by Nick Warner, Shlomi Salem, and Eran Shirazi. Neo plans to use the capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams as demand grows for tools that manage the risks of increasingly autonomous AI systems.
