Pricepoint, a hospitality technology company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has closed a $6.6 million Seed round led by Brightspark Ventures. Boreal Ventures and AQC Capital also took part. The round was announced in early June 2026.

The company runs an AI-native hotel pricing platform. Rather than generating manual recommendations, it automates rate execution in real time. The system continuously analyzes demand signals, booking behavior, market conditions, and pricing opportunities, then automatically optimizes revenue performance. The aim is to help operators increase revenue, improve occupancy, and cut the complexity of traditional revenue management.

As part of the round, Pricepoint is strengthening its board with Sophie Forest, Managing Partner at Brightspark and known for backing Hopper, and JD Saint-Martin, Managing Partner at Boreal Ventures and former President of Lightspeed Commerce.

The funding will go toward accelerating product development, expanding integrations with hospitality technology platforms, and doubling the company’s current workforce of roughly 35 employees.
