MiiHealth AI closed a $2.8 million seed round on August 5, 2026, led by Russell Glass, founder of Arteria Capital and previously chief executive of Headspace. A group of physician angels, healthcare operators and digital health founders also participated.
The company is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and sells an agentic AI platform that automates patient intake and clinical documentation. MiiHealth says the result gives providers back roughly two hours a day, which is the kind of number that gets a healthcare product past the pilot stage.
Kelvin Summoogum founded the company.
The capital funds expansion of the engineering and AI teams and a broader specialty protocol catalogue for DAINA, the company assistant. MiiHealth also plans to deepen clinical reasoning and safety checks, speed up integrations with major electronic health record systems, and grow its commercial and customer success teams.
