Ours Privacy has closed a $15 million Series A that came in oversubscribed several times over. The company sells a HIPAA compliant customer data platform that was built by healthcare marketers for healthcare marketers, and the round gives it room to push that product deeper into the sector.
Lightbank and Health Velocity Capital led the financing. Existing investors joined in as well, including Rock Health, Lakehouse, TMV, Switch Ventures, Starfire Ventures and GreyMatter, alongside others.
The platform handles tracking on the server side and filters protected health information out before anything reaches Google Ads, Meta Ads, demand side platforms or analytics tools. That design is the point of the product. Marketing teams get their measurement data without patient information flowing into outside advertising systems.
Ours Privacy was founded in 2024 by Jessica Holton, Adam Putterman and Tyler Zey, and it runs from Houston. The Texas company counts more than 200 healthcare organizations as customers, a list that runs from multi billion dollar healthcare companies down to fast growing digital health startups.
Management plans to put the new capital toward scaling operations and continuing to build out its full stack marketing and data infrastructure platform.
Vendors and agencies selling into hospital systems and digital health buyers can pick up verified contacts at newly funded healthcare companies through Healthcare Sales Leads.
