Onyx Security, a company building a control plane for enterprise AI, has raised $113 million in a Series B round at a valuation of about $640 million. Bessemer Venture Partners led the financing, which was announced on July 29, 2026.

Registered in Wilmington, Delaware, Onyx was cofounded in 2024 by Maxim Bar Kogan. Its platform gives security, governance and infrastructure teams a way to monitor, discover and control how advanced AI agents are used inside their organizations, with an eye on safety and compliance.

The round drew Cyberstarts, TCV, Conviction, FirstMark, Vintage, QuantumLight and G Squared, and it lifts Onyx’s total funding to $153 million. The company plans to use the money to train the next generation of its own models and to scale its sales operations in the United States and abroad.

Onyx has grown quickly since leaving stealth four months ago, with revenue up fourfold. In June, Anthropic announced an integration with Onyx aimed at securing enterprise adoption of AI.
