TJM Labs, a company based in Wilmington, Delaware, has raised $75 million in a Series B round led by Elephant, with participation from Arthur Ventures and Updata. The round is part of $100 million the company has raised across three rounds in roughly six months, following a $10 million Series A and a $15 million Series A-1. The financing was announced on July 2, 2026.
The company builds AI agents for pharmacies. It says those agents handle more than 500,000 pharmacy tasks a day across over 450 locations, automating repetitive work such as prescription intake, data entry, refills, prior authorization support, and patient communication.
Alongside the raise, TJM Labs said it is now live in more than 450 pharmacies and has completed two acquisitions, EncoreRx and Pharmesol, as it works to define what it calls pharmacy AI.
