Fluxco, an AI company based in Austin, Texas, has raised a $26 million seed round to grow its platform for sourcing electrical transformers. Congruent Ventures and 8VC led the round, which the company announced in July 2026.

Cubit Capital, White Star Capital, Trust Ventures, Overture VC, and New System Ventures also joined. Fluxco uses AI to help companies buy electrical transformers from more than 150 manufacturers, cutting a procurement process that can stretch across months down to a matter of days.

The company frames the raise around that bottleneck. Finding the right transformer from the right manufacturer has long been slow work, and Fluxco’s pitch is that its software can turn a months-long search into one that takes days.
