Euno, a company building what it calls an AI-native context platform for large enterprises, has closed a $23 million Series A. The round was announced on September 9, 2026 from Sunnyvale, California, and was led by N47.
Existing investor 10D took part, alongside a group of technology founders: Yinon Kostika, co-founder of Wiz; Yotam Segev, co-founder and CEO of Cyera; Ofir Ehrlich, co-founder and CEO of Eon; Rotem Weiss, founder of Tavily; and Mark Nelson, the former CEO and president of Tableau. With this round, Euno has raised $29 million in total.
The pitch behind the product is that AI agents cannot do useful work inside a company unless they understand the company’s data: what it means, which sources can be trusted, how the business uses it, and how it connects across departments. Euno’s platform learns those things continuously by watching how an organization builds, uses, and governs its data. The company describes the result as a context brain that sits behind enterprise data and lets customers move AI projects from pilot to production in weeks instead of spending a year getting ready.
Rather than relying on humans to maintain documentation, Euno infers institutional knowledge from operational signals. Its research found that much of what determines which data to use, and how, is encoded in patterns across constantly changing metadata graphs. The system reads those patterns, then refines what it learns through feedback from the agents that use it. Each agent receives only the slice of context its specific task and role require, and what the agent learns is written back into the shared platform.
Governance is built in. Euno enforces which context each agent is allowed to reach and under what rules, applying organizational boundaries in real time. The company frames this as the missing piece that has kept data teams cautious about connecting agents to live systems.
Euno was included in Gartner’s Coolest Vendor Innovations in Data Management report, which cited its continuously updated enterprise context graph. Customers include Fortune 500 organizations across verticals, among them market intelligence platform AlphaSense and telecommunications company Zayo Group.
Sarah Levy and Eyal Firstenberg founded the company in 2023. Both are graduates of Talpiot, the Israeli military’s technology program. Levy was previously CTO at Sight Diagnostics and led a cybersecurity department in the IDF. Firstenberg runs the company’s San Francisco office and was a section head in Unit 8200 before serving as VP of R&D at LightCyber, later acquired by Palo Alto Networks. Euno employs close to 30 people across the United States and Israel, including a research group focused on context, and expects to double headcount by the end of the year. The new capital will go mainly toward sales, marketing, and AI research.
