Straiker, a security company based in Sunnyvale, California, has closed a $64 million Series A. The round was led by Marathon Management Partners, Citi Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Workday Ventures, with continued backing from Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed. GTM Capital, Rain Capital, Neva SGR, Firebolt Ventures, and Sixty Degree Ventures also joined. Announced on June 29, 2026, the financing brings Straiker’s total funding to $85 million.

The company focuses on protecting what it calls the agentic workforce, the growing population of AI agents that enterprises are deploying across their operations. Its platform combines three functions: finding AI agents running across a company’s systems, adversarial testing before deployment to expose weaknesses, and runtime protection that watches activity and blocks threats as they happen.

Straiker positions its work as a branch of cybersecurity built specifically for autonomous software. The company says it serves Fortune 500 enterprises and frontier AI labs, and that its revenue grew roughly 15 times in under a year.

The raise reflects rising concern about the security gaps that open up as businesses hand more tasks to AI agents, a shift that is creating demand for tools designed to watch and control how those agents behave.
