Chamelio has raised a $26 million Series A led by Entrée Capital. Existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures came back for the round, and Bright Pixel Capital joined them.
Chamelio is based in New York. It builds an AI-native platform for in-house legal teams. Its annual recurring revenue has grown fourfold since its seed round five months ago, and it now counts hundreds of customers, among them Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer and Wonderful.ai.
Chamelio covers the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through approvals, obligations and ongoing workflows. Traditional contract management systems were built mainly to store documents and move processes along. Chamelio is trained on legal actions and does the work itself: it drafts from a company’s own contracts, reviews and negotiates terms, routes requests, tracks obligations and runs multistep workflows.
Customers can let it run on its own for routine, low-risk tasks or keep a lawyer in the loop where they want oversight. Because it handles routine decisions and escalates only the edge cases that need human judgment, the in-house lawyer’s job moves from heavy execution toward strategic oversight. Legal teams can also build their own agents that work with procurement, finance, product, people, compliance and sales.
The platform connects to CRMs such as Salesforce and to tools like Slack, NetSuite and procurement systems. Each deployment comes with dedicated legal engineering support to help customers migrate off legacy systems, organize their repositories, turn existing processes into workflows and get AI into production quickly.
Chamelio was founded in 2024 by serial entrepreneurs Alex Zilberman, who serves as CEO, and Gal Lellouche, together with former general counsel Gil Banyas. The new funding will go toward its proprietary legal action model, a larger legal engineering and product team, and further investment in onboarding technology.
