Trebellar has announced $18 million in Series A funding led by Blossom Capital. Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd also participated.

Trebellar is headquartered in San Francisco. The company builds AI-native decision making for corporate real estate management, a function its backers see as one of the last big back-office areas without dedicated software.

The raw information that real estate teams rely on, such as leases, space, headcount and utilization, already exists. The trouble is that it sits in spreadsheets, PDFs and disconnected tools. Every decision means rebuilding the full picture by hand before any real analysis can begin.

Trebellar gives these teams one live view of their portfolio, showing how much space they have, what it costs and whether it is serving the people who use it. The platform adds commute times, transit access and team sentiment on top of that core data to form a single system of record. Rather than producing a one-off report or a static dashboard, it keeps track of why each decision was made, whether it held up and what should happen next.

Large enterprises including Meta, Uber, Merck and Cohesity already use the platform. Trebellar’s founding team comes from Salesforce, Google, Waymo and Verkada and pairs that engineering background with corporate real estate experience. Diego Ferreiro Val is co-founder and CEO. The company recently brought on Dave Radcliffe as an advisor, who oversaw the expansion of Google’s real estate footprint under Eric Schmidt, Larry Page and Sundar Pichai.

The California startup will use the Series A to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, strengthen its AI capabilities and add more enterprise customers.

Teams selling data, integrations or services to B2B software startups can get verified executive contacts at newly funded companies every week through B2B SaaS Leads.
