infiniFi has closed a Seed round of more than $3 million led by Electric Capital. New Form Capital, Generative Ventures, Fasanara Capital, 2Square, 4th Revolution Capital, DCFGod, The Rollup and others also participated.

The protocol announced the raise from Camden, Delaware, on September 23, 2026. Together with its earlier $3 million pre-seed, also led by Electric Capital, infiniFi has now raised more than $6 million.

infiniFi came out of stealth in February 2025 with a clear thesis: bring the capital efficiency of fractional reserve banking on-chain without the opacity of traditional banks. Banks put depositor money to work across assets with different durations and keep much of the return. infiniFi automates that process transparently on-chain and hands more of the economics back to depositors.

The DeFi protocol has generated more than $9 million in yield for users, which is more than it has raised in outside capital. It has expanded across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Katana, Base and other networks, and built an ecosystem spanning DeFi protocols and institutional asset managers.

Next up is infiniFi Prime, which is meant to carry the system beyond crypto-native users by bringing diversified, institutionally managed private credit into Earn accounts at neobanks and consumer finance apps. The new capital will fund protocol development, new integrations, multichain expansion and a wider rollout of its products as the team moves toward its token generation event.

Custody providers, auditors and compliance vendors that sell to digital asset companies can get verified founder contacts at newly funded startups every week through FinTech Lead Generation.
