Bioinsights has reported $2,747,698 in equity sold, according to a Form D filed with the SEC on September 22, 2026. The filing sets a total offering of $7,897,697, so the larger figure is a target rather than money raised. Funding databases list the raise as a Seed round.
The company lists Lutz as its principal business address. The Florida business is a Delaware corporation formed in 2026 and led by CEO Travis Bond.
The filing lists seven investors, $5,149,999 still to be sold and Rule 506(b) as the exemption. The first sale took place on September 13. It does not name the investors or give a valuation, and Bioinsights reported no sales commissions or finder fees. Bond is also listed as a director alongside Lisa Bond and Kingsley Charles.
Bioinsights makes AI software for functional medicine practitioners. Its platform combines patient intake, booking, payments, lab ordering and analysis, telehealth, notes and e-prescribing. Its core feature, the Predictive Dysfunctions Index, is described by the company as analyzing symptoms and biomarkers to estimate the likelihood of cellular dysfunctions. Bioinsights says it ties that analysis to more than 300 treatment protocols and offers ordering through Bioinsights Pharmacy.
Bond has spent years building healthcare software. He built a browser-based electronic medical record system at Bond Technologies, which he said exited to Eclipsys in 2008, and started CareSync in 2011 to collect medical records for patients and care teams. CareSync announced a $4.25 million Series A in 2014.
The company competes with established practice software for functional and integrative medicine, including Practice Better and Cerbo. Its pitch is the link between its dysfunction analysis, treatment protocols and fulfillment inside a single system.
