Dwelly, a London company using AI to run residential lettings, has closed a $170 million Series B round. The financing was announced on July 28, 2026.
The round breaks down into $95 million of equity, jointly led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, and a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital. Returning investors s16vc, Begin Capital and DVC joined the equity portion, and the chief executives of ElevenLabs, Legora and Synthesia each put in personal money.
Dwelly buys independent UK letting agencies and rebuilds their back office work around its own software. With this raise, the company’s total funding has moved past $260 million in under a year.
The company plans to use the money to speed up development of its platform, acquire more agencies and bring them onto its operating system.
