Ande has come out of stealth with more than $52 million in seed and Series A funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures and Sierra Ventures backed the company, and Bain Capital Ventures participated.

Ande is based in New York. It calls itself the AI-native network for corporate entertainment, a category that covers client dinners, team outings, catering, sporting events and gifting.

Enterprises spend an estimated $325 billion a year on that kind of entertainment. The booking and expense work behind it is spread across credit cards, AP systems and consumer apps, which leaves finance teams with a heavily manual reconciliation job. Ande gives companies one platform to book entertainment while finance and legal keep full visibility and control over every dollar.

Its agentic workflows check venue availability, book experiences, route approvals, execute contracts and reconcile expenses automatically. Executive assistants, office managers, field marketers, go-to-market teams and their managers share a single multiplayer workspace to plan offsites and deal-closing dinners, while the agents carry each request through approval, signing and payment.

More than 60 enterprises already run their entertainment on Ande and report savings of 12 to 15 percent. Customers such as Cloudflare, Salesforce, McGraw Hill, Netskope, Navan, Sigma Computing, Monday.com, Workato, Semgrep, Checkout and Rillet contribute to more than $400 million in entertainment spend flowing through the platform each year.

On the other side of each transaction, Ande acts as a corporate sales and marketing channel for venues that have never had a direct pipeline into the corporate market. Current partners include 1,600 hospitality venues, among them Altamarea Group, Che Fico, Gracious Hospitality, JKS, The Mina Group, MML, Nobu, Riviera Dining Group, Tao Group Hospitality, Unapologetic Foods, Bacchus Management Group, Wish You Were Here and Wolfgang Puck. In total, more than 93,000 entertainment providers across 90+ cities are on the network. Lohit Sarma is CEO and co-founder.

Companies that sell tools and services to fast-growing software startups can get verified leadership contacts at newly funded companies every week with B2B SaaS Leads.
