Encore AI, a Brooklyn, New York company, has raised $30 million in Series A funding to expand its enterprise platform for turning customer interactions into revenue. The round was announced on July 29, 2026.
Team8, Planven and The Garage led the financing. Lukatz took part as well, along with several commercial banks and insurance companies that started as customers of the platform before backing the company. Encore AI says its annual recurring revenue has grown more than five times since its seed round less than 18 months ago.
The company was founded in 2022 as Insait IO by chief executive Dvir Ginzburg, originally building recommendation software for financial advisers and relationship managers. It later rebranded as Encore AI.
Its platform studies calls, emails, text messages and CRM records to work out which employee tactics lead to successful customer outcomes. Those patterns become playbooks for AI agents that can support staff in real time or handle voice and text conversations on their own, with the goal of lifting sales conversions and recovering missed opportunities.
