Tetrix, a New York based AI company built for private markets, has raised $15 million in Series A funding. The round, announced on June 23, 2026, was co-led by White Star Capital and Innovation Endeavors, with participation from several high-profile angel investors.

The company builds an investment platform aimed at limited partners chasing returns in alternative markets. It combines agentic workflows, AI-powered data normalization, and real-time analytics to turn messy, unstructured fund data into clear, usable insights.

Tetrix was founded in 2023 by chief executive Olivier Babin and chief technology officer Naunidh Singh Bhalla, who met at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Since launching commercially in September 2024, the platform has gained steady traction. More than $100 billion in assets under management now sits on Tetrix, with customers spanning endowments, foundations, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, fund of funds, and family offices that manage billions of dollars.

The new capital will go toward accelerating product development, expanding the team, and supporting global growth as the company scales across the alternative markets ecosystem.
