Henry AI, a New York City company building an artificial intelligence platform for commercial real estate professionals, has raised $16.5 million in Series A funding. The round was announced on July 29, 2026.

FirstMark Capital led the investment. A group of new and existing backers joined in, including Thomson Reuters Ventures, Y Combinator, Susa Ventures, 1Sharpe, StoryHouse Ventures, Pioneer Fund, RXR Arden Digital Ventures, Karman Ventures and Coalition Operators.

The company was started by Sammy Greenwall, who serves as chief executive, and Adam Pratt, its chief technology officer. Its software automates document work across the deal lifecycle, producing items such as offering memorandums, underwriting packages, pitch decks and buyer lists. Henry AI says it now serves more than 150 commercial real estate firms.

Alongside the raise, the company introduced a product called Henry Deal. It plans to put the new capital toward hiring across its engineering and product teams and toward broadening the platform beyond document automation into a wider system for running commercial real estate transactions.
