Reo.Dev, a sales intelligence company based in San Francisco, California, has raised $11.3 million in a Series A led by Elevation Capital. Returning investors Heavybit, India Quotient and Foster Ventures joined, along with new backer Uncorrelated Ventures.

The platform reads developer activity across GitHub, package managers, documentation, product usage and online developer communities to spot purchase intent and surface qualified sales opportunities for software companies. Underneath it sits a Developer Knowledge Graph holding more than 100 million engineer profiles across over 3,000 technologies.

Software buying has shifted toward developer led adoption and AI assisted evaluation. Reo.Dev captures signals from GitHub commits, CLI activity, package manager usage, documentation engagement and product interactions, together with intelligence on technology adoption, migrations, hiring activity, seniority and buying influence.

Its Agent Intent Gateway is built to catch purchasing signals produced by AI agents that interact with software through the Model Context Protocol. As AI systems take on more of the work of evaluating, comparing and recommending enterprise software, the company wants vendors to recognise buying intent coming from machines as well as people.

The capital will go toward strengthening the company’s frontier AI capabilities, building out AI agents and expanding the platform globally, with sales and marketing spending concentrated in the United States, its largest market, alongside product development.
