JustAI, a marketing technology company built around artificial intelligence, has closed $17 million in Series A financing to push its platform further into automated, large-scale marketing work. The company is based in San Francisco, California, and builds software that helps companies handle personalization, experimentation, and decision-making without the manual effort that has long defined the marketing technology category.
The raise was led by Base10 Partners. Joining the round were Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners, along with a group of strategic backers drawn from Anthropic, Chime, Notion, HubSpot, Eppo, and Vapi. That mix of institutional investors and operators reflects the kind of attention agentic marketing tools have started to attract.
JustAI positions itself as an AI-native platform, meaning the technology was designed around machine learning rather than retrofitted onto older systems. It draws on reinforcement learning and what the company calls agentic infrastructure to move marketing teams past manual campaign workflows and traditional A/B testing toward a more autonomous, AI-first approach to engaging customers. The company works with high-growth enterprises across consumer, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and B2B markets.
With the new capital, JustAI plans to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, build out its agentic AI infrastructure, and widen the platform’s reach into e-commerce and B2B marketing applications. The company was founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara.
The funding lands as investors continue to back companies that apply autonomous AI systems to specific business functions, with marketing emerging as one of the areas drawing steady early-stage interest.
