Ladder Health, a New York based pediatric developmental care company, has raised $7 million in an oversubscribed Seed round. The financing was led by Nina Capital, with participation from Mairs & Power Venture Capital, South Dakota First Capital, and incubating partner 25Madison Health.

The company runs a virtual-first care model that provides physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapy to children up to age six. Its platform is built to combat the long waitlists that often come with pediatric services, helping parents support care at home through exercises, resources, and guidance.

Additional investors in the round included Hatteras Venture Partners, Create Health Ventures, Jumpstart Capital, White Oak Enterprises, Groove Capital, and 7Rock Ventures.

The new capital will support expansion across North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Maryland, fund entry into more markets, enhance the company’s AI enabled care platform, and deepen partnerships with pediatric practices and health systems.

The raise reflects growing investor focus on childhood developmental care, an area where demand has consistently outpaced the supply of available therapists.
