Harmony, an AI company based in New York City, has raised $34 million in a seed round to build a platform for enterprise employee support. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the financing, which was announced on July 28, 2026.
Hitachi Ventures, Fin Capital, Mercer Ventures and Operator Partners joined the round, along with angel investors including members of the Wiz founding team. Harmony was founded by Nitzan Shapira and Ran Ribenzaft, who earlier cofounded the cloud observability company Epsagon before Cisco acquired it for $500 million.
The company’s platform delivers personalized, context aware support to employees across IT, human resources, finance, procurement and legal teams. Harmony operates from Israel and New York and employs about 50 people, with 35 in Israel and 15 in the United States.
Harmony plans to use the money to speed up product development, grow its team and deepen its integrations across enterprise software, part of a broader goal of becoming a full enterprise service management platform.
