Dapple has closed a $30 million Seed round to scale what it calls the Enterprise OS Cloud, a platform for running AI infrastructure. The New York company announced the round on June 10, 2026.

The financing was backed by The Raptor Group and Ion Pacific. The raise arrives at an early but striking moment for the company. Just five months from launch, Dapple already has enterprise customers running production AI workloads in dedicated, single-tenant environments, and it says it booked more than $100 million in customer contracts in those first five months of operation, before this round even closed.

Founded by Tricia Martinez and Salam Al-Mosawi, Dapple built the Enterprise OS Cloud to sit between public cloud and private data centers. The platform provides dedicated, in-country, single-tenant AI infrastructure aimed at regulated enterprises and organizations that need predictable performance along with control over where their data lives. Data residency and isolation have become real concerns for companies in sectors like finance and healthcare, and Dapple is positioning itself to serve exactly those requirements.

The early contract figures suggest there is genuine demand for an option that is neither fully public cloud nor fully self-managed. For regulated organizations, the appeal lies in getting modern AI infrastructure without giving up the guarantees their compliance teams require.

Dapple plans to use the new capital to accelerate global deployments and expand its Enterprise OS Cloud category. The company is essentially trying to define a new layer of infrastructure, and with $30 million behind it and a strong early book of business, it now has the resources to push that vision into more markets.
