Katalyze AI, based in Mountain View, California, has raised $10.5 million in a seed round to build an agentic AI operating system for pharmaceutical companies. Bonfire Ventures led the financing, with participation from Inovia Capital, Ripple Ventures, Alumni Ventures and angel investors including Gokul Rajaram.

The platform pulls fragmented production data into a single source-grounded record and runs a catalog of domain-trained agents. Led by chief executive Reza Farahani, Katalyze says it is already deployed across 5 of the 20 largest global pharmaceutical companies and has supported the delivery of 10 million medication doses to patients.

The company will use the capital to expand its engineering, scientific and go-to-market teams, grow its catalog of agents and scale deployments with large pharmaceutical firms.
