Kanurra, a New York City pharmacy benefit manager, has raised $6.35 million in a seed round. The financing was reported in late July 2026 and came from investors including Asylum Ventures, Daybreak Ventures, Virtue VC, Necessary Ventures, Ford Street Ventures and Browder Capital.

The company offers transparent, pass through drug pricing and administration aimed at small and midsize employers that fund their own health plans. Kanurra was founded in 2026 by Semih Gultekin.

With fresh capital in place, the company enters a crowded pharmacy benefits market pitching itself on price clarity for employers that have long struggled to see where their drug spending goes.
