Antares Labs, a San Francisco company building an AI platform for real estate operations, has raised $7.25 million in a seed round. Backers in the round included Fifth Wall, Base10 Partners, Bloomberg Beta and Sandwith Ventures.

Led by chief executive Noaman Ahmad, the company turns an operator’s institutional knowledge, proprietary data and workflows into custom AI systems. It serves real estate owner operators, developers, investors and asset managers.

The platform connects with major foundation models, among them AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic, and routes requests between them to balance cost, performance and quality while running inside the customer’s own environment. Antares Labs is already working with Quarterra.

The company plans to use the money to expand its operations and continue building out its product.
