Humanoid, an AI and robotics company based in London, England, has raised a $152 million Series A at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation. The round, announced in July 2026, makes the roughly two-year-old company what its backers describe as Europe’s first pure-play humanoid robotics unicorn.

Prime Movers Lab led the financing, with Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital, and Aglae Ventures also taking part. The round stands as the largest of its kind for a humanoid-first robotics company in Europe and brings Humanoid’s total raised to date to $270 million.

The company has covered a lot of ground in a short time. It developed a wheeled robot called HMND 01 and lined up commercial commitments with major industrial partners, including a 1,000-robot order from Schaeffler and manufacturing capacity from Bosch for up to 100,000 units.

With one of the stronger pipelines in the sector and partnerships already in place with leading industrial manufacturers, Humanoid plans to use the fresh capital to expand its robotics business and move more of its systems into real deployments.
