Glow, a cybersecurity company based in Palo Alto, California, has emerged from stealth with a $100 million Series B at a $1.2 billion valuation. Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures led the round, which the company announced on July 22, 2026.
Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, and Holly Ventures also took part. The round is the third Glow has raised in roughly a year. It follows a $20 million seed led by Sequoia and Cyberstarts and a $60 million Series A led by Index Ventures with Greenoaks at a $400 million valuation, bringing the company’s total funding to $180 million.
Glow is building AI-powered endpoint security, with the goal of rethinking how companies protect laptops, servers, and other devices as attackers begin using AI of their own. The company plans to use the capital to expand its go-to-market operations in the United States and to grow Glow Labs, its research arm.
The company was founded by chief executive Roi Tiger, who spent nine years at Meta and most recently served as a vice president of engineering, chief technology officer Omer Singer, who led cybersecurity strategy at Snowflake, and research lead Ophir Arie, who was previously a vice president of research and development at Claroty.
