Risk Ledger, a supply chain cybersecurity company headquartered in London, England, has raised £24 million in a Series B led by Axiom Equity, a specialist B2B SaaS growth equity fund. Mercia Ventures, which backed the Series A, returned for this round.
Founded in 2018, the company runs a network first platform that connects organisations and their suppliers so assessments happen faster and cover more ground. Instead of repeated, siloed questionnaires, each supplier completes one standardised security assessment and keeps it current in real time across every connected organisation at once.
The more organisations join, the better the intelligence available to everyone on the network. The company calls this Active Supply Chain Security, built around what it terms a Defend-as-One model.
More than 16,000 organisations now take part, spanning financial services, insurance, critical national infrastructure, and central and regional government in the UK.
Risk Ledger will use the money to deepen its customer network at home, develop AI powered supply chain security tools, and fund expansion into the United States.
