Glacis Labs, a digital asset payment infrastructure company based in Wilmington, Delaware, has raised $6.8 million in a Seed round led by Lightspeed Faction. Franklin Templeton and Coinbase Ventures took part, alongside A.GAIN, formerly IDC Ventures, and Protein Capital.

The capital goes toward scaling ZeroDelta, the company’s multichain clearing platform built for stablecoin transactions. The product has settled more than $1 billion in digital asset volume and runs at a $1.5 billion annualised rate across over 40 chains.

Franklin Templeton’s participation carries some weight here. The asset manager oversees more than $1.5 trillion, and its involvement points to growing institutional comfort with crypto payment infrastructure and stablecoin technology as part of the financial system.

Over time, Glacis intends to extend ZeroDelta beyond stablecoins into tokenized securities and foreign exchange.
