Flagler Health completed a $50 million Series B on August 11, 2026. Bessemer Venture Partners led, joined by SignalFire, Alumni Ventures, Streamlined, 186 Ventures, Proof VC, Tribeca Ventures and Offscript. Total funding for the company now stands at $63 million.

The New York company builds AI software for musculoskeletal care, the category covering back pain, joints and everything else orthopaedic. It is one of the largest cost centres in American medicine and one of the least well organised.

Flagler’s approach is to work inside the systems clinics already use rather than replacing them. The platform plugs into existing electronic medical records and workflows and then coordinates triage, care management, billing and patient communications from there. Selling into practices is far easier when the pitch does not begin with a migration.

The company says it now serves thousands of providers across more than 36 states.

Investors have been circling specialty specific healthcare software for a while, on the theory that a narrow product that fits one specialty properly beats a general platform that fits none.
