Voxela, Inc. has completed a Series A round that brings its cumulative funding to roughly 2.1 billion yen. The round was raised through the issuance of Series A preferred shares in September 2026.
Six investors took part: Delight Ventures, SOMPO Growth Partners, Happiness Capital, Blue Heron Ventures, Archetype Ventures, and ALL STAR SAAS FUND.
The company operates from Santa Clara, California, and was established in February 2022. Its product is a video AI system called V Care. The software is built for elder care and healthcare facilities.
V Care analyzes footage from network cameras to detect events such as falls and residents getting out of bed. The more interesting part is what happens after detection. The system automates the recording, reporting, and management steps that follow, turning the care data that accumulates day by day into a form staff can actually use, including making accident patterns visible and informing the next decision. The aim is to cut down the indirect administrative work that surrounds caregiving and to improve how facilities are run.
Vendors and service providers selling into senior care operators and healthcare facilities can get verified contacts at newly funded companies in the sector every week through Healthcare Sales Leads.
